When you purchase a service from our store, as part of the buying and consulting process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. Furthermore, to perform our services, we collect the deliverables you provide, which may include Research Proposals, Research Questionnaires, Published Journal Articles, other useful research material, and primary or secondary datasets.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

When you provide us with personal information or upload research files to complete a transaction, verify your payment details, or submit data for analysis, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific project reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application behind a secure firewall.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SOFTWARE In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. To process your quantitative data, we utilize professional software environments including R, SPSS, E-VIEWS, AMOS, and SMART PLS. Client data sets are strictly siloed to prevent cross-contamination and are stored securely.

SECTION 6 - DATA RETENTION (POPIA COMPLIANCE)

In alignment with data protection regulations in South Africa, client files (such as raw datasets, SPSS files, and script outputs) are retained for a secure period of 30 days following the final feedback meeting or report delivery to allow for minor revisions. After this period, files are securely purged unless an extended data-retention contract is explicitly requested by the client.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
