Refund policy

Our policy strictly governs the digital and labor-intensive nature of statistical consultation. Due to the milestone-driven structure of quantitative data analysis, our refund policy is strictly phase-based.

Consultation and Design Phases

If you choose to cancel your project during the Consultation or Research Design phases, you may be eligible for a partial refund, provided no data capturing, file setup, or analysis has commenced.

Pilot and Main Study Phases

Once STATERA creates an SPSS/R Data File for Data Capturing, or begins data capturing or data cleaning for either the Pilot Study or the Main Study, the intensive labor involved is non-recoverable. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for these phases once work has officially commenced.

Report Writing and Reviews

Fees paid for the optional review of data analysis chapters (academic) or final report writing (corporate) are non-refundable once the initial draft has been delivered to the client for feedback.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or banking institution, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

REVISIONS & ERROR CORRECTIONS

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on completed digital consulting tasks. However, if the final analysis of the Main Study deviates from the finalized Data Analysis Plan agreed upon during the design phase, STATERA will perform the necessary corrections and adjustments at no additional charge.
